My son loves football but was a bit shy to play with his friends. He lacked confidence in his skills and always thought he wasn't good enough. Bethan is my colleague's daughter, and once I heard that she offers 1-2-1 football sessions I booked my son in for a few sessions. The difference in him after the first two sessions was unreal. He started playing football with more confidence after Bethan told him that he was good. She helped him boost his confidence, not only in football, but in himself too. He started accepting that if it didn't work the first time, you keep trying until you do it. I will always appreciate that and be grateful to Bethan.
